Refund Policy
How MyPuzzles handles cancellation and refund requests for digital services.

Requesting a refund
We review refund requests individually. Contact [email protected] with the account email, purchase date, and a short explanation. We may ask for additional information to locate the payment securely.
Digital access
Premium passes and subscriptions provide digital access. Where a user expressly asks for immediate access, applicable withdrawal rights may be affected as permitted by law. Nothing in this policy removes mandatory consumer rights.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a monthly subscription from your account before renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal and access continues until the end of the current paid period unless a refund or legal requirement provides otherwise.
Our review
We consider the circumstances of each request, including duplicate charges, technical failures, unauthorised purchases, unused access, and applicable law. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible; processing times depend on the payment provider.
