These terms govern use of MyPuzzles, including free play, competitions, premium passes, and subscriptions.

Acceptance and eligibility
By using MyPuzzles or purchasing paid access, you accept these terms. You must provide accurate account information, safeguard your credentials, and comply with applicable law. Minors may use paid services only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Services
MyPuzzles offers interactive puzzle games, optional accounts and progress features, server-verified competitions, one-time premium passes, and recurring monthly subscriptions. Features, available puzzle types, prices, and access periods are shown before checkout and may change for future purchases.
Accounts and fair play
You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share accounts, interfere with the service, exploit errors, automate play, submit manipulated results, or attempt to access hidden puzzle solutions. Competition results, access, timers, validation, and rankings are determined by MyPuzzles’ server records.
Orders, subscriptions, and payment
Paid purchases are processed through Stripe’s secure checkout. MyPuzzles does not receive or store your full payment-card number. A monthly subscription renews unless cancelled before the next billing period; you may cancel from your account and retain access through the current paid period. A one-time premium pass ends after the access period stated at checkout.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep MyPuzzles available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may maintain, update, suspend, or retire features when reasonably necessary. We may revise these terms; updated terms apply when published, and material changes will apply prospectively where required by law.
Intellectual property and liability
MyPuzzles content is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SETTIS LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for interruptions outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us at [email protected] so we can try to resolve the issue directly. Mandatory consumer-protection rules remain unaffected.
